Learning and Development providers also need to work in partnership.

We've been very amiss at keeping up to date with our blog of late, we've been so busy have a ball facilitating so many courses. We've also met some great new learning and development providers. In particular Hayley and Wendy from Elite 3 Consultancy.

At FreeBird Associates we do believe that for the learning to be as effective as possible it needs to be delivered by people who know what they are talking about. Whilst we know lots about some "stuff", there are some areas that others are in a better position to facilitate a more effective course. That is why we love working in partnership with other learning and development providers.

Meeting Wendy and Hayley the other week was like looking at ourselves in the mirror. Their commitment to excellent practice is evident from the start, and we are very excited about the prospect of working with them on some interesting projects.

Enjoy reading what they do:

Following our recent meeting with Freebird Associates we have been given this positive platform to introduce ourselves, to you all.

Elite3Consultancy is a new partnership based in Cornwall and covers the South West.  We specialise in Health and Social Care Learning and Development and have been freelance consultants in Cornwall and Devon over the last 18 months.

I have been qualified, as a nurse for 18 years and have spent over half of my career managing care homes.  Besides this, I have taught as an Associate Lecturer at Surrey University and currently, now at Plymouth University.  Much of my experience has been educationally based with the focus on health and leadership.

I am a Health and Social Care professional and have worked in this sector for over 30 years. My experience extends to theatre and community nursing and natural therapies in palliative and dementia care.  Much of my career has been focused on education and implementation which has given me opportunities to embed natural therapies in Europe and East Asia.

We are interested in working with organisations who are seeking quality learning and development for their teams.  We have created a menu of programmes built around The Art of Caring and can also develop bespoke educational packages.

We look forward to hearing from you.  Please contact us on:
